1. Digital Products Delivery

Since our products (Planners, Mind Maps, and Templates) are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds. Once the purchase is complete and the download link has been sent or accessed, the product is considered "used."

2. Refund Eligibility

We understand that exceptional circumstances can happen. We will only consider refund requests under the following conditions:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice.

• Technical Issues: If there is a proven technical defect in the file that prevents it from opening or functioning correctly, and our support team is unable to fix it.

• Product Not Received: If you were charged but never received the download link (and it’s not in your spam folder).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds if:

• You changed your mind after downloading the file.

• You do not have the compatible software to open the file (e.g., GoodNotes, PDF readers).

• You are dissatisfied with the creative style or layout (please review product previews carefully before purchasing).
